This temple is at Kuzhiyam in Kollam district. The presiding deity is Lord Krishna with Ganapathy, Devi, Nagaraja, Yogeeswaran and Sivan as subordinate deities. Sree Krishna Jayanthy, Vishu, Rohini Mahotsavam and Prathishta dinam in February, Vinayaka Chaturthi, Navarathri and Thirvonam are celebrated on a grand scale.
