holyprasadam.com offers multiple delivery options. A devotee can select any of the given options. The options may change for different types of bookings. The given options are:
1) Distribute Prasadam among Devotees. (If this option is selected, the Holy Prasadam will distribute in the temple itself, and the Devotee will not receive the Holy Prasadam at his/her address).
2) Send Prasadam to Delivery Address in India. (If this option is selected, the Holy Prasadam will send to the Delivery Address in India as requested by the Devotee and he/she will receive the Holy Prasadam at the selected address).
3) Send Prasadam to Delivery Address outside India. (If this option is selected, the Holy Prasadam will send to the Delivery Address outside India as requested by the Devotee and he/she will receive the Holy Prasadam at the selected address).
The Holy Prasadam will dispatch by the temple where the devotee booked the Pooja. Info Kerala Communications Private Limited may not be responsible for not dispatching the Prasadam by the concerned temple and the delay in delivery by the service providers. Info Kerala Communications Private Limited has the power to choose the service providers suitable to the delivery address. Delivery will be attempted twice before returning the Prasadam to the concerned temple.
The Holy Prasadam will be dispatched by the concerned temple within five working days from the date of performing Pooja in the temple.
Currently, the following dispatching alert/confirmation options are available. Email alert/confirmation: Your Prasadam dispatching alert/confirmation will be sent via EMAIL. SMS alert/confirmation: Your Prasadam dispatching alert/confirmation will be sent via SMS.
