Cancellation

Bookings and payments opted for cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the details.

Pooja Bookings

A pooja, once booked, cannot be cancelled. All pooja bookings are connected directly to the temples and the devotee is bound by the cancellation policies of the temple concerned.

Refund

All payments, including fees and other charges will not be refunded. If, for some unforeseen reason, the transaction could not be concluded or / and the devotee failed to receive any mails even though the money was paid and the amount debited from the account, that amount will be refunded within a period of 4 to 5 working days.

Booking Completed

When the booking has been completed, the pooja will be offered at the chosen temple on the specified date with the details provided by the devotee. No request for cancellation or refund will be entertained.

Pooja Offered

The devotee will receive SMS/Email from the temple regarding the status of the booking. If the devotee has chosen to get the Prasadam and has paid for it, the same will be sent to him. No requests for cancellation, postponement or refund will be entertained.
