Chevayur Subrahmanya Temple

History

This ancient temple is at Malaparamba in Kozhikode. It is believed to be more than 1500 years old. The temple was in a dilapidated condition. After astrological consultations, it was reconstructed in the existing form. Lord Subrahmanya is the man deity. Dakshinamoorthy, Ganapathy Ayyappan and Bhagavathy are the subordinate deities.
