Peringad Aattath Sree Vettekaran temple is at Pavaratty in Thrissur district. It is believed to be hundreds of years old. It is one of the most famous Vettekkaran temples in Thrissur district. The annual ritual of breaking ten thousand and one coconuts and holding Kalam pattu attracts a lot of devotees. Ganapathy, Bhagavathy and Durga are the subordinate deities. There is a serpent grove outside the temple and a consecration of Hanuman.
