This temple is about 3.4 km from Piravam Railway station in Kottayam District. The temple is on the banks of the Muvattupuzha river. The main deities are Durga Devi, consecrated facing the east and Sree Krishna consecrated facing the west. Subordinate deities are Thannikunnathamma, Yakshiyamma, Ganapathy, Sivan, Ayyappan Nagaraja and Nagayakshiyamma. The ancient temple had become worn with age and is now being renovated by the people of the locality.
