This temple is at Chalissery in Palakkad district. The presiding deity is Maha Vishnu. Maha Ganapathy, Sree Dharma Shaashaav, Sree Vana Durga and Rakshass are consecrated as subordinate deities. Star Punartham every month, Prathishda dinam in Midhunam (July), Thrikkarthika, Sree Krishna Jayanthy, Ramayana month, Vishu and Karkkidaka vavu are celebrated.
