The completion of activities such as Ashtabandha Kalasa, installation of Naga idols, Ayyappa temple construction, sanctum-sanctorum (Srikovil) reconstruction, compound wall erection, Nadappura, Thirumeni hove, auditorium, and pradakshina pavement underscores the collective dedication. Over a hundred devotees voluntarily participated in dismantling the deity's roof, a blissful experience witnessed by all. The Board of Trustees, in collaboration with the Temple Development Committee, oversees the development activities of this Mahakshetra, administered by the Malabar Devawom Board. Tantri Kallur Manakkal Narayanan Namboodirippad and Chief Priest Mavehi Narayanan Namboodirippad lead the temple's spiritual affairs. Regular rituals and ceremonies, including Uthram Oot, Ashtadravia Ganapathy Homa, Laksharchana, Pushpabhishekam, Aana Oot, Ashtami Rohini celebration, Mandala and Ramayana months' observance, and Thalappoli festival, draw massive crowds.
