This temple is situated at
Mokshathth Kunnu in Pulappatta in Palaghat district. Astrological consultation
has shown the temple to be 3000 years old. The main consecrations have been on
the sites of the sacrificial pits of a Yaga conducted 3000 years ago. The
temple structure was constructed 1500 years ago. Crystal roofing tiles had been
used in the construction of the sanctum, the remains of which are still seen
here.
