Sree Kottoor Bhagavathy Temple

History

This ancient temple of more than 800 years, is at Thoovayoor north, five kilometers away from Adoor in Pathanamthitta district. Goddess Bhadrakali and Durga are consecrated with equal prominence. The temple is famous for the special offering of Rudraksha beads in Para for the fulfillment of what is desired.
