Sree Panimoola Devi Temple

History

This famous temple of south Travancore has Sree Bhadra Devi and Sree Durga Devi consecrated together. In the ancient times the worship of the Devi was performed in the Mudipura and Mullapanthal constructed temporarily. It was in 1980 that the temple that is seen there today was constructed and the idols consecrated. Durga Devi and Bhadra Devi are given equal importance here.
