Venkitachalapathy Devaswom holds the revered deity Shree Venkatachalapathy, which was generously donated by the Cochin Tirumala Devaswom (CTD) during the tenure of Shree Hari Shenoy. The consecration of this deity took place in the year A.D. 1879 (M.E. 1054) on the auspicious day of Revathi Nakshatra in the month of Makaram. Subsequently, in the year 1935 A.D. (M.E. 1110), during the Revathi Nakshatra of the Makara masa, a reinstallation ceremony (punaprathista) was performed following the temple's renovation. In the year 1970 A.D., significant renovations were carried out in the nalambalam, which involved the construction of new buildings, enhancing the overall infrastructure of the temple.
