A group of devotees of Sree Narayana Guru
formed an association named Ananada Chandrodaya Sabha at Kaloor in Ernakulam in
1931. Eight years later they bought some land and in 1944 constructed a Bhajana
Madom (prayer hall) there. It was in 1963 that an idol of Lord Subrahmanya made
of Krishnashila was consecrated there along with those of the sub deities by Swami
Agamananda, the first disciple of Sree Narayana Guru. Today the temple attracts
thousands of devotes
