This temple is at Pachalam, Ernakulam. It is also known as Kattungal Bhagavathy Temple. The main deity is Bhadrakali. As in the Kodungaloor temple, it is the Goddess after the annihilation of Darikaa that is consecrated here. But the Goddess is worshipped in the gentle form. Lord Siva is also consecrated here. There is the consecration of Navagrahas and Muruga facing Lord Siva. Ganapathy is consecrated in the sanctum with the Goddess. Ayyappan also is consecrated and worshipped here. There is also a very ancient Yakshithara and an idol of Muthappan who guards the temple.
