This is one of the most famous Devi temples in Kerala. It is a sacred grove dedicated to Goddess Vanadurga in Kolani, Thodupuzha in Idukki District. It is the largest sacred grove spread over 3 acres. The Amaramkavu Devi temple is under the AzvancheryThamprakkal with the committee elected from among the local people managing the day-to-day affairs. Pancha Moorthikal, Ghandaakarnan, Veerabhadran and Yakshi also have been consecrated as sub-deities.
