Karimpanakavu Bhagavathy Temple is at Kathikudam, Koratty, in Thrissur district. It is believed to be 300 years old. It was a private temple of seven families. Now it is under the Cochin Devaswam Board. The main deity consecrated here is Goddess Durga, imagined as Vanadurga. Lord Siva and Shastha are consecrated as subordinate deities inside, and Bhairavan, Nagaraja and Anthimahakalan outside. There is a Kavu with Nagas consecrated in it. The annual festival is in the month of Meenam for 7 days, with the last day being on the star Karthika.
