This temple is at Arimpoor on the Thrissur – Kanjani Road. It was a private family temple in a Kalari in ancient times. Later, it was taken up by a committee of devotees. The main deity is Bhagavathy. Durga, Sastha, Anthimahakalan, Haimavathy and Raktheswary are consecrated in one sanctum. Ganapathy and Bhuvaneswary are consecrated as subordinate deities within the temple. Hanuman, Rakshass, Rudhiramala and Vishnumaya are the subordinate deities outside the temple. There is also a Kavu with Nagaraja. The annual festival is held in connection with the Kodungaloor Bharani festival. The old temple was reconstructed a few years ago.
