This temple is at Perunthanni in Thiruvananthapuram, hardly one kilometre away from the Padmanabhaswamy Temple. When the Padmanabhaswamy Temple was the private temple of the Travancore Royal family, common people worshipped in temples like the Eraviperoor temple. It is believed to be more than 800 years old. The round sanctum has the idol of Lord Sree Krishna bearing the conch, mace and Sudarshana chakra. The temple belongs to the Koopakkara madam, first among the Ettara Yogam, the managing body of the Padmanabha Swamy temple. The temple is mentioned in many old writings. more deities. Ashtamirohini is celebrated with various rituals. The annual festival is the Pankuni Ulsavam, lasting 8 days. The Aaratt is held at the Shanghummukham beach, showing that this temple is also as important as the Padmanabhaswamy temple. Many people come here to pray for the birth of children.
