This temple is at Mundoor in Palakkad district. It is believed to be around 200 years old. It was under the Poomulli Mana in ancient times. It was then taken over by a committee of local devotees, and from them it was taken over by the Malabar Devaswam Board. Lord Siva and Lord Vishnu are consecrated facing the west. Ganapathy, Muruga, Ayyappa, Thevar and Nagas are consecrated as subordinate deities. Sivarathri, Ashtamirohini and the day of consecration are celebrated as festivals every year.
