Puthrukovil Sree Mahavishnu Dhanwanthiri Navagraha Temple. This temple is in Mulanthuruthy in Ernakulam district. It is believed to be centuries old. In ancient times, the temple was under the Cochin Royal family. The King later gave it to the family of Vyaskara Mooss of Mulanthuruthy. When the family could no longer run the temple, it was taken over by the Viswa Hindu Parishad. All the incarnations of Maha Vishnu are present in this temple, which makes it unique. There is also a well-kept temple pond here. Sree Rama, Narasimham, Navagrahas, Hanuman, Ganapathy, Naga and Rakshass are the subordinate deities. The more day of the star Thiruonam in the month of Meenam is celebrated as the main festival. Sree Krishna Jayanthi, Ganesothsavam, Karkataka Vavu and Ramayana Masam are also observed.
