This temple is at Thondikkuzha, Muthalakodam P.O., Thodupuzha, in Idukki district. The main deity consecrated is Lord Sastha with the pot of Amrith in hand. It is the Lord Sastha in his younger days, showing the vigour and power, that is depicted here. Ganapathy with four hands is consecrated as the subordinate deity. The main offerings are Ellukizhi and Neerajanam. The temple is not open on all days. It is generally open for worship on all Saturdays, the day of Sankranthi and the 1^st of every Malayalam month, during the period of Mandalam and Makara vilakku and on special days. On these days it will be open from more 6 to 8.30 in the morning and from 5.30 to 7.15 in the evening. The main festivals are Uthram Maholsavam and Kalam ezhuthum pattum on the 18^th of Meenam and Thiru ulsavam and consecration day for 4 days in Medam.
