This temple is at Kozhukkallur in Kozhikode district. The main deity consecrated here is Sree Bhagavathy, with Guru also consecrated with equal importance. The temple is in an ancient Kavu. The temple originally belonged to three families who later handed it over to a committee of devotees. The temple is open every 1^st Sunday of the English months or the Gregorian Calendar from 6 to 9.30 in the morning. The subordinate deities are Gulikan, Kuttychathan, Muthappan and Serpents. The annual festival is from the 5th to the 10^th of the Malayalam month of Makaram.  One unique feature of this temple is that on the 10^th of Makaram, more the leaves of the Kanjiram tree (Nux Vomica tree), which grows in the Kavu, that generally have a bitter taste, will not have that taste. The ancient temple has been renovated, keeping the natural Kavu intact.
