The temple also plays an important role in the famous Kollampuram festival, where processions more from several temples converge at the Ashramam Sree Krishna Swamy Temple. The festivities culminate in the spectacular Kollam Pooram, featuring caparisoned elephants, the traditional Kudamattam ceremony, and the grand Upacharam, making it one of the region’s most vibrant religious celebrations.
