This temple is at Kozhuvalloor, in Chenganoor of Alapuzha district. It can
be reached by travelling on Pandalam road from Chenganoor to Chammathymukku. It is believed to be 800 years old. There is
an ancient mango tree and a temple pond that shows its antiquity. It used to be surrounded by a Kavu. It
belonged to the Kolabhagam Madam. Then it came to be under the Devi Vilasam NSS
Karayogam, No.101. The annual festival is on the day of the star Karthika in the
month of Kumbham.
