This temple is near the Nalambalam junction at Thondayad, Nellikode in Kozhikode district. It is believed to be a thousand years old. The goddess is considered to be Kuladevatha Bhadrakali. There are two consecrations, one of the goddesses in the mild form and the other in the fierce form. Both face west. In thr ancient times, four families used to offer worship with Koula rituals. Now, Tantric rituals are followed. Guru is consecrated to the southeast of the temple, Gulikan to the south, Nagas on the northeast and Moorthy in front of the temple. Near the consecration of Moorthy, there is the Manikinar (the holy well)
