This temple is at Iritti in Kannur district on the Thalassery – Coorg National Highway. In
ancient times, it belonged to the Pullery illam, which also had the Mattanoor Sree
Mahdeva temple. From 1980 onwards, it has been under a committee of devotees. The deity consecrated is Lord Mahavishnu, depicted with four arms. There are no subordinate deities. There is a big temple
