This temple is at Pipinmoodu,
Thiruvananthapuram. Balasiva is consecrated here. The consecration day is
celebrated on the star Pooyam in the month of Meenam. The ceremonial procession for the annual
festival of the temple starts from the Thekkinkadu Thrikovil Siva temple. The
temple is managed by Pavoorkonam Sree Bhoothathan Temple Charitable Trust.
