The Sree Aravath Bhootanatha Temple is situated near the renowned Sree Rajarajeswara Temple in Taliparamba, Kannur, just about 50 meters from its entrance. The shrine is dedicated to Lord Ayyappa, worshipped here in the form of Bhootanatha and functions as an associate temple of Sree Rajarajeswara. The Taliparamba administers the temple–Trichambaram–Kanhirangad Devaswam (TTK Devaswam). Built in the traditional Kerala architectural style, the sanctum sanctorum faces east and houses a seated murti of Lord Ayyappa. The temple complex also includes a chuttambalam, a namaskara mandapam, and a shrine for Lord Ganapathy. The Mandala–Makaravilakku season (November 16 to December 27) is of special significance here. Devotees experiencing
more difficulties believed to be caused by unfavourable Shani dosha often visit this temple, as it is considered a place where sincere prayers bring relief and blessings.
