This temple is at Thrithala in Pattambi Thaluk of Palakkad district. It is an ancient and famous temple of erstwhile Valluvanadu. The two main deities of the temple are Narasimhamoorthy and Mahavishnu. Both the deities face the west. Sastha, Ganapathy, as well as the Naga couple and Vanadurga outside the Nalambalam, are the subordinate deities. At one time, all the idols had been damaged. The temple belonged to Ottur Karuthedathu mana. Now it has been handed over to a committee of the local devotees. It was not even possible to offer daily worship there. In 2008 – 2009, the local devotees came together to take up
more the responsibility of running the temple. In July 2010, consecration was conducted. Udayasthamana pooja is the most important offering here, conducted for both the deities with equal importance. Lakshminarayana puja, Undamala and Panakam for Narasimhamoorthy, Pal Payasam, thulasi mala and ghee lamp for Mahavishnu are also offered. A lot of renovation and restoration work has been done in the temple. There is a plaque on the wooden part of the sanctum where the date of the last restoration has been mentioned as 15th Meenam, 1152. This shows the antiquity of the temple.
