Cheruvallikavu Devi Temple is an ancient temple located in Koilmukk. The temple has been mentioned as historically
important in the Chithra Ramayana. The
members of the Cherukara family, who owned this temple, relocated from Edappally to Chruvally near Manimala and then settled in Koilmukk, according to
documents. They built the temple on the banks of the river Pamba and worshipped
the goddess as the family deity. The renovation of the old temple started in
2018.
