The temple is at Andoor in Kottayam District. It is only very rarely
that the main deity is Gandharva with Yakshi on his lap. No other Gandharva
temple has this. The temple is believed to be centuries old. It was built by
the local Nair family of Pallattu. Even now the temple is managed by the
members of the family with the support of the local people. Besides the main
deity, Bhagavathy, Sastha, Rakshas and Guru are the sub-deities.
