This temple is situated in Kuttoor, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta district. It is the family temple
of the Kayyalakkath family and is believed to be 100 years old. It is said that
an elder member of the family had prayed to Kodungaloor Bhagavathy and brought
the effulgence here. This was kept in an ara, a small room, and worshipped. Later, the temple was built and the worship was offered. It is managed by the family
with the support of a committee.
