This temple is near Vazhikadavu
at Nilambur in Malappuram district. The main deity is Lord Siva, with Lord Ayyappa also consecrated with equal importance. Ganapathy, Devi, Dambathy Rakshass, and Nagadambathy are the subordinate deities. The temple was established by the members of the Goudasaraswatha Brahmins in 1969. As
they found it difficult to look after the temple, it was handed over to a
committee of local devotees.
