This is the Koppayil family temple, a hundred meters away from the Koppayil Devi and Siva temple. The temple is believed to be 2000 years old. There is a pond in the temple compound. The idol of Lord Mahavishnu (Chathurbhahu) with four hands was made and deposited in the pond. When it came up, it was consecrated at the temple.
