This temple is at Hemambika Nagar in the Railway Colony at Kallekulangara in Palakkad. It was established about 60 years ago. When a Railway Division was established there, the employees wanted a place to worship Lord Ayyappa during the Mandala Puja. So, they started lighting a lamp before a photo of Lord Ayaappa in a house. Later Smt.Lakshmikutty Amma gave land for the construction of a Bhajana Madom. A Panchaloha idol of Lord Ayyappa, like the one consecrated at Sabarimala was consecrated in the Bhajana Madom built in that land.
