This is one of the most
ancient Vishnu temples in Valluvanadu. The sanctum is rounded and faces the east. It is considered the subordinate temple of Utrathilkavu Bhagavathy temple. The temple is under the Malabar Devaswom Board. The devotees cooperated in reconsecration and restoration of the premises in 2014.
