Located in Thiruvaniyoor,
Ernakulam district, this temple is dedicated to Lord Siva (Kiratha Moorthy
Bhava), who is worshipped alongside Goddess Parvathy Devi. Maha Sivaratri
festival is the most significant celebration at the temple, drawing numerous
devotees. Additionally, the annual festival is observed during the Malayalam
month of Medam with great devotion and rituals. Lord Siva, revered here in the
form of Mahadeva, is believed to bestow spiritual fulfilment, prosperity, and
liberation (moksha) upon his devotees. Worshippers visit the temple to offer
prayers and perform sacred rituals seeking divine blessings.
