Tali Sree Mahadeva Temple,
also known as Angadipuram Thali Temple, is located in Angadipuram, just 3
kilometres from Perinthalmanna. It is one of the 32 historic Thali Temples of
Kerala, revered for its spiritual and cultural significance. According to local
history, the temple's origins were simple yet profound. Initially, the site
featured only a Shiva Linga amidst a grove of Kanjiram trees (Nux vomica). Over
time, the sacred spot evolved into a prominent temple, drawing devotees from
far and wide. Today, the Tali Sree Mahadeva Temple is a testament to the
region's rich religious heritage, offering a serene environment for devotion
and meditation.
