A two-story Kalyana Mandapam was also established, hosting Bhagavathasapthaham programs led by eminent Acharyas, reviving the temple's stature as a hub of spiritual and cultural excellence. Following Raman Nair's passing in 1992, his children – Retd. Justice R Bhaskaran, R Balakrishnan, and R Sulochana – assumed trusteeship, ensuring the temple's continued operation and upholding their father's legacy. In 2014, another Swarnaprasnam exposed vastu doshas in the temple's construction, prompting the trustees to undertake a comprehensive renovation, reflecting their unwavering commitment to preserving the temple's sanctity and spiritual efficacy.
