This temple is at Panavally in the Alappuzha district. The temple is more than 110 years old. Originally the main consecration was that of Annapoorneswari Devi. Around 4 years of age, Sree Bhadrakali was consecrated in a separate temple with equal importance given to both goddesses. Ganapathy, Shaasthaav and Ghandakarnn are the subordinate deities.
