This temple is at Panangad in
Ernakulam district. It was established by Sree Vardhini Sabha around 40 years
ago. Mahadeva is the main deity. There was a Sabari Ayyappa temple in this
place and Mahadeva was the subordinate deity there. Sree Vardhini Sabha bought
some land and built the temple to consecrate Sree Mahadeva. First, it was a small
temple. It was renovated in 2011. The festival is in May when the
re-consecration was carried out.
