Mudicode Shiva Temple, located in Pananchery, Thrissur district, Kerala, is an ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The main deity, Shiva, is enshrined in the Sanctum Sanctorum and faces west. According to local legend, the idol was installed by the sage Parashurama. This temple is one of the 108 renowned Shiva temples in Kerala. Situated just 16 kilometres from Thrissur town, the temple is easily accessible from the Thrissur-Palakkad National Highway.
